Jeon Hae-sang, CEO of Toray Advanced Materials Korea Inc., joined the campaign for hope to overcome the COVID-19 on May 25.

President Jeon, who was recommended by Noh Ki-soo who is President of LG Chemical, said "I would like to express my respect and gratitude to the medical staff who have been dedicated to overcoming COVID-19 for a long time and to all those involved in the prevention of the disease day and night," And also he said "We support all those who are suffering from daily difficulties until our quarantine becomes an example of the world."

In addition, he also said "Toray Advanced Materials Korea Inc., is focusing on stabilizing the supply and demand of masks by rapidly expanding the supply of MB filters for smooth supply of masks, and also making efforts to supply non-woven fabric for protective clothing essential to medical sites. We will continue to provide innovative materials and solutions to contribute to a safe life and make utmost efforts on the ground to help revive the economy."

The campaign is being carried out by writing and posting phrases expressing support and gratitude to the medical staff, quarantine officials and the people suffering from difficulties, and pointing out the next participant.

Meanwhile, Jeon pointed to Song Nok-jeong, CEO of Yulchon Chemical, Kim Kuk-jin, chairman of the Korea Chemical Fiber Association, and Lee Kwan-young, president of the Korean Chemical Engineering Association, as the next runners in the cheering relay.
