- Informing Korea Toray Group's success factors at Gyeongbuk Provincial Office

Chairman Lee Young-kwan gave a special lecture on the topic of "Korea Toray Group's Growth and Management Leadership" at the Gyeongbuk Provincial Office on February 27, with about 150 provincial government officials gathered.
The lecture covered three topics: Introduction to the Korean Toray Group, Growth and Success factors of Toray Advanced Materials Korea, and CEO Lee Young-kwan.
During the lecture, Chairman Lee cited close cooperation with TORAY GROUP, convergence of corporate culture, and rapid implementation of mid to long-term vision and strategy as the success factors of Korea Toray Group.
He then emphasized that 'ownership' was the secret to his growth, stating that if one approaches any task as if it were their own, does their best, and works with a will to innovate through change, they will be able to achieve their goals.
Furthermore, he highlighted exploration and foresight in his field, fostering soft harmony, and practicing patient leadership as virtues of a manager who can open the hearts of team members and lead the organization.
Meanwhile, the Good Morning Special Lecture on Hwa-Gong (Abbreviated words for 'Let's Study on Tuesdays in Korean') has been held every Tuesday since 2018 for provincial government officials.
It is a special lecture designed to provide professional knowledge and the latest trends in various fields through lectures by experts and prominent figures.
