    Screening panel will evaluate behavioral

    compatibility of applicants.

    Physical examination

    Determine that each of
    applicants is physically capable
    of performing the job.

    2nd round interview
    (personality)

    We determine the best qualified applicants
    through evaluation of personality, value,

  • Final selection
