Toray Advanced Korea Korea (TAK) won the grand prize in the meta-aramid short fiber category at the 2023 Korea Textile Quality Awards held at the Textile Center in Samseong-dong, Seoul on the 21st of March.

At the ceremony, the Team Leader of Arawin Sales Team, Won-joo Hong, and Byung-gu Yeo, the Manager of the Arawin Sales Team attended the event as representatives and received commendations and plaques.

Aramid is a specific fiber material with excellent heat resistance and electrical insulation.

In addition, the dry manufacturing method applied to Arawin has excellent insulation properties when manufacturing paper, which differentiates the product, and was awarded for the Innovation Technology Contributor Award at the 36th Textile Day last year.

Meanwhile, the 2023 Korea Textile Quality Awards, hosted by the International Textile Newspaper, is being held to publicize the excellence of product quality that contributes to the development of excellent new products, quality competitiveness of domestic products, and export promotion.
