News

Toray Advanced Materials Korea (CEO Kim Young-seop) announced on the 21st that it donated 148 laptops to the Korea IT Welfare Promotion Agency and environmental groups to improve digital accessibility for the information-deprived class.
The laptops donated this time were used by employees for work over the past four years, and will be sequentially delivered to the information-deprived class after reorganizing the operating system and software. This donation was made to provide practical help to classes with limited access to the digital environment, beyond simple device support.
Including this year’s donation, Toray Advanced Materials Korea(TAK) has contributed a total of approximately 600 laptops. Through these efforts, the company actively promotes ESG management by simultaneously addressing the digital divide and promoting resource circularity.
President Kim Young-seop stated, “In a time where information accessibility directly leads to a gap in education and opportunity, Toray Advanced Materials Korea (TAK) will continue to provide practical support to the digitally deprived class.”
