Toray Advanced Materials Korea(TAK) received the Grand Prize (Chairman’s Award of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea) at the 2025 Best Practices Competition for Employer-Led Vocational Training, held on September 25 at COEX Magok, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

TAK was highly recognized for excellence throughout the entire training process, including program design, stable operation, qualitative and quantitative performance, and post-training management. In particular, its proactive efforts to enhance employees’ job competencies and generate tangible results earned the honor of this award.

Hosted annually by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea since 2023, the competition identifies outstanding in-house training cases from companies and training institutions. Awards are presented in the categories of employer-led training and systematic on-the-job training.
