Toray Advanced Materials Korea(TAK) held a special session titled “Trends in Eco-Friendly Membrane Technology” at the Spring Conference of the Polymer Society of Korea held on April 9 at the Daejeon Convention Center.

The special session was organized to share the latest research achievements in the polymer field and to expand exchanges between academia and industry.

TAK introduced various research outcomes ranging from next-generation membrane material innovations to industrial applications. Minegishi, Director of the Toray Global Environment Research Laboratory, along with Lee Jong-hwa, Team Leader of the FILTER Research Team, and Jin Sang-woo, Team Leader of the High-Performance Membrane Research Team, participated in the session and presented insights on the future potential of polymer-based membranes.

The session attracted strong interest from researchers from both academia and industry, leading to active discussions on eco-friendly membrane technologies and polymer material research.
