To enhance its creditworthiness and continue stable and ensure sustainable management, we declare the following so that all employees of Toray Advanced Materials Korea Inc. will clearly ascertain the importance of strategic items management, and for that matter, contribute to the security trade control activities of the country.

   We will make efforts to ensure that all employees will understand that correct implementation of the strategic items export management system will provide us with the corporate social responsibility for maintaining international security and world peace.

   We are aware that we are a member of Toray Group, feel a sense of responsibility, and implement and efficiently operate the organization and operating system necessary for autonomously managing strategic items.

3. One,

   We will actively cooperate with the Government’s export management policy, and thoroughly ensure that the Foreign Trade Act is not violated, e.g. through illegal export of strategic items.
