To fulfill our corporate social responsibility, Toray Advanced Materials Korea Inc is conducting all our management activities transparently and fairly. To this end, we are enforcing a code of ethics and ethical guideline, and making efforts to ensure ethical management specifically through various supplementary measures and regular training. Also, we have a system for protecting internal and external whistleblowers, and have an information protection regulation for protecting key data of customers and the company as a whole.
We established ethical guidelines and thoroughly abide by them so that all employees can make sound decisions and act ethically when they perform business.
Through the green whistleblowing system, we are striving to help realize a sound ethical culture take root by receiving reports on unethical and illegal acts inside and outside of the organization, and rewarding reasonable reports. Also, the ethical committee is doing its best to eradicate unwholesome acts by thoroughly investigating all reports, taking appropriate measures and giving proper feedback.
We made detailed information protection regulations and provide regular training to protect not only key customer information, but also intellectual property rights of the company, e.g. management information and technical information.
